Tradeswomen build nations

DEWALT® is empowering women throughout their trade journeys and helping young people receive the training, education, and job skills they need before starting their career.

A person wearing protective gear is using a DEWALT tool to work inside a large metal pipe, with a background of square metal tubes organized on shelves in an industrial setting.

Breaking Barriers, Expanding Horizons

At Tradeswomen Build Nations 2026, DEWALT was proud to celebrate the women who are shaping the future of the trades and opening doors for what comes next. We were honored to connect with so many attendees at our booth and grateful to be part of the momentum driving the industry forward.

If women are supported through resources and access to opportunities, the possibilities are endless.

In this movement, we leave ego at the door. We roll up our sleeves. We organize. And when we move together in sisterhood and solidarity, we create spaces that are not only impactful, but transformative.

All in for the trades

We're proud to tell these stories, to inspire the next generation of tradespeople, and to support current tradespeople with the tools they need to get the job done—literally and figuratively. Because it's not just a job to us either.
